Interiors shot to hold their verticals with the window light kept, a rooftop deck covered at eye level and from the air, and aerials placed to answer the only question a beach renter has, which is how far to the water.

Recurring documentation across an active phase of a new home community. Homes covered at framing, at finish and after landscaping, flown from the same positions each visit so one month sets cleanly beside the next. Community aerials show the pond, the street grid and the parcels still open for sale.

Top down coverage of individual lots gives the builder a dated record of the roof, the driveway pour and the setbacks without anyone walking the site with a camera.

Exteriors and aerials of finished homes inside an established community, plus marketing coverage of buildable lots. Wooded lots and marsh frontage are hard to photograph from the ground, because from the street they look like trees. From the air they look like what they are, which is a lot with a view.

Documentation of highway frontage parcels and installed signage at two locations, photographed in daylight and again at dusk when the faces are lit. The aerials show traffic direction, sight lines and the approach a driver actually sees, which is the part a sign buyer is paying for.
