What to include
  • The address, or the parcel if there is no address yet.
  • Square footage for a home, acreage for a site.
  • What it is for. A listing going live, a rental page, a progress record, a lot for sale, a business that needs video.
  • When it has to be live, not just when you want to shoot.
  • Anything unusual. Occupied, gated, under construction, or a site with safety requirements.
Response time
Same day, seven days a week during shoot season.
Service area
Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Johns and Nassau counties in Florida. Kingsland, St. Marys and Woodbine in Georgia. Beyond thirty miles there is a travel charge and I will tell you what it is before you book.
Credentials
FAA Part 107 certified. Insured on every flight, certificate of insurance on request before work starts.
Pricing
Listing packages are posted on the real estate page. Development, content and marketing rates are on their own pages.
What happens next
A written quote with a fixed scope. Accept it and the date is held. Anything larger than a single shoot gets a contract and a deposit before the first visit.
